These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vedic Blueprint website and services provided by Rajni Gupta ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Vedic Blueprint provides personalized astrology reports that combine:

• Vedic Astrology analysis
• Lal Kitab karmic insights
• Numerology profiling
• Lo Shu Grid mapping

Each report is a 25-30 page custom PDF document delivered via email within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

• Price: The current price for a personalized Vedic Blueprint report is ₹14,999 (Indian Rupees)
• Payment Method: Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
• Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets
• Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• One-Time Payment: This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges
• Payment Confirmation: You will receive a payment confirmation email from Razorpay upon successful payment

4. Order Process

1. You submit your birth details through our website form
2. You complete payment via Razorpay
3. We receive your birth details and payment confirmation
4. We create your personalized report
5. We deliver your report via email within 48 hours
6. You receive one round of clarification questions via email (included in price)

5. Delivery

• Timeline: Reports are delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation
• Delivery Method: PDF document sent to your provided email address
• Delivery Delays: In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical issues or incomplete birth information. We will notify you if delays occur.
• Failed Delivery: If you do not receive your report within 48 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us at vedicblueprint.in@gmail.com

6. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide:

• You are responsible for providing correct birth date, time, and location
• Even 2 minutes difference in birth time can affect report accuracy
• If exact birth time is unknown, we can provide a sunrise chart with noted limitations
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth details

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

• Eligibility: Full refund available within 7 days of report delivery
• Conditions: Refund granted if you don't gain at least 3 actionable insights from your report
• Process: Email us at vedicblueprint.in@gmail.com with your refund request
• Timeline: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Method: Refunded to original payment method via Razorpay
• No Questions Asked: We honor our guarantee without requiring detailed explanations
