These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vedic Blueprint website and services provided by Vedic Blueprint ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Vedic Blueprint provides three personalized astrology products, each combining Vedic astrology, Jaimini astrology, Lal Kitab, numerology, and Lo Shu Grid analysis:
- Life Blueprint — a personal report on your own birth chart
- Marriage Blueprint — a compatibility report analysing two people's charts together
- SoulMatch Finder — a search across candidate charts to surface the astrological profiles most compatible with yours
Each product is offered in Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers (Marriage Blueprint's and SoulMatch Finder's Bronze tier is free); the Suite Bundle and Couple's Bundle combine multiple products at a bundled price. Current pricing for every product and tier is shown on each product's page and at checkout. Reports are generated and delivered as an on-screen document within minutes of payment confirmation, not by manual production.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. For Marriage Blueprint, you additionally confirm you have the consent of both people whose birth details you submit.
3. Payment Terms
- Price: The price for each product and tier is shown on the relevant product page and confirmed again at Stripe checkout before you pay
- Payment Processor: Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cards and any other method Stripe Checkout offers at the time of purchase
- Currency: Stripe determines the currency shown at checkout based on your location; the amount charged is fixed once your payment is confirmed
- One-Time Payment: Each purchase is a single, one-time payment with no recurring charges
- Payment Confirmation: Stripe will send you a payment receipt by email upon successful payment
4. Order Process
- You submit the required birth details through our website form
- For a paid tier, you complete payment via Stripe; free tiers generate immediately without payment
- We verify your payment and begin generating your report
- Your report is generated and displayed on-screen, typically within a few minutes (SoulMatch Finder's candidate search can take longer, as it scans a much larger number of charts)
5. Delivery
- Timeline: Reports are generated and shown on-screen shortly after payment confirmation, not by a fixed deadline in days
- Delivery Method: Your report is displayed directly in your browser at a link generated for your submission
- Delivery Issues: In rare cases, generation may fail due to a technical issue or incomplete birth information — contact us at hello@vedicblueprint.com and we will investigate and, where appropriate, regenerate your report or refund you
6. Accuracy of Information
The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide:
- You are responsible for providing correct birth date, time, and location for every person whose details you submit
- Even a few minutes' difference in birth time can affect report accuracy, particularly rising-sign-dependent sections
- We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth details you provided

See our Refund Policy for complete details on eligibility, process, and timelines. In summary: paid reports carry a 7-day money-back guarantee, refunded to your original Stripe payment method.
8. Service Limitations & Disclaimers
IMPORTANT: Our services are for guidance and self-reflection purposes only:
- Not Professional Advice: Our reports are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
- Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on report insights
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific outcomes or life events
- Accuracy Depends on Birth Data: Report accuracy requires correct birth details; we cannot independently verify the information you provide
- Interpretation Required: Astrological insights require personal interpretation and application
- Not Predictive: We provide patterns and timing analysis, not absolute predictions
- SoulMatch Finder specifically: candidates returned by SoulMatch Finder are chart archetypes derived from a search across possible birth data — they are not real, identified people, and any appearance description or sketch prompt shown is illustrative, not a depiction of an actual individual
9. Intellectual Property
- Your Report: Once generated, the report content is yours for personal use
- Our Methodology: The analysis methodology, scoring, and presentation remain our intellectual property
- Restrictions: You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute our reports or methodology
- Personal Use Only: Reports are for your personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false or fraudulent information, including submitting another person's birth details without their consent
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our methodology
- Resell or redistribute our reports
- Use our services to harm, harass, or impersonate others
- Attempt to hack, disable, or interfere with our website or bypass our anti-abuse protections
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order
- We are not responsible for decisions you make based on report insights
- We are not liable for technical issues, generation delays, or third-party service failures (including Stripe)
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of our services
- Any false information you provide
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including submitting another person's birth details without their consent
14. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services at any time
- Change pricing, shown on each product page and confirmed again at checkout before you pay
- Update report format or content offerings
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vedic Blueprint.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
