Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You feel the report did not provide at least 3 actionable insights
• The report does not meet your expectations
• You change your mind for any reason

Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of report delivery.

How to Request a Refund

2. Include your name and the email address used for your order
3. State that you wish to request a refund (no detailed explanation required)
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Process

• Processing Time: 5-7 business days from request approval
• Refund Method: Original payment method via Razorpay
• Full Refund: Complete ₹14,999 will be refunded
• No Penalties: No deductions or fees
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when refund is processed

No Questions Asked

We honor our satisfaction guarantee without requiring you to provide detailed reasons. While we appreciate feedback to improve our services, it is not required for refund approval.

Simply state that you wish to request a refund, and we will process it promptly.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be available in the following rare circumstances:

• After 7 Days: Requests made more than 7 days after report delivery
• Multiple Refunds: Pattern of repeated purchases and refunds (abuse of policy)
• Chargeback Initiated: If you've already initiated a chargeback with your payment provider
• Fraudulent Activity: If fraudulent activity is detected in your order

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear policy abuse or fraudulent activity.

Chargebacks

Please contact us directly for refund requests rather than initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks:

Partial Refunds

Exchange Policy

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your report within 48 hours:

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Verify the email address you provided is correct

4. We will resend immediately or investigate the issue

Delivery delays do not start the 7-day refund window until you receive the report.
